EdgeLine provides statistical models, Monte Carlo simulations, "fair line" estimates, odds comparison, and bet-tracking tools for informational and entertainment purposes only. EdgeLine is not a sportsbook, bookmaker, or gambling operator; is not a party to any wager; does not accept, place, or facilitate bets or hold funds for gambling; and is not a provider of financial, investment, or professional betting advice.
Our models, simulations, projections, and "edges" are estimates based on historical and public data. We make no representation that use of the Service will be profitable or result in winning bets. Our own testing indicates the model does not reliably beat the closing market line. Past performance does not predict future results. Any decision to wager real money is yours alone and at your own risk.
Sports betting is regulated and may be illegal where you live. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of your activity and complying with all applicable laws.
You are responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account. Paid features are billed through our payment processor (Stripe) on a recurring basis until cancelled; by subscribing you authorize recurring charges. You may cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges at the end of the current period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Data may come from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. It is provided "as is"; we are not liable for errors in odds, lines, scores, injuries, or other data.
You agree not to scrape, resell, or redistribute Service data or output; reverse engineer the Service; use it unlawfully; or interfere with its operation.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, [LEGAL ENTITY] SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY GAMBLING LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
